Friday 13 February 2026 was “World Radio Day” which was widely advertised. Unfortunately there was no coverage/service in our area from 6h00 in the morning. This continues for some time and were on and off during the weekend. Since 20h00 this evening when I switch on the radio , there is no sound. For more than 45 minutes. It is very frustrating. The channel that is out of service is FM 102,6 channel (RSG) in our area (Houtbosdorp, Limpopo , 23°49'01.1"S 29°53'59.6"E). It seems that we have radio frequency shedding. Hope to get a fast response from you and that the service will be restored immediately.

Transmission of RSG a 102.6 is going down from bad to worse. There is interruptions everyday for at least 20 to 30 seconds at a time.

I was unfairly dismissed on the 21st of August 2023 without being able to provide evidence for my disciplinary hearing. My ex-employer refused to provide my papers for my UIF and withheld my outstanding leave pay and provident fund. During the conciliation hearing, the Commissioner instructed Sentech furnish me with the UIF papers before concluding the meeting, allowing me to apply for my UIF. Currently, I am still fighting for my leave pay and provident fund. Despite both Sentech and Momentum being served by the Sheriff, they continue to withhold these payments. With over 20 years dedicated to Sentech, I estimate saving them around 16 million by being proactive with stakeholders. I've written to the pension fund adjudicator and am awaiting the outcome. Two Judges I approached confirmed Sentech's ******** withholding of my provident fund. I believe there must be a court order or admission of guilt; however, none has been issued. I express my disappointment in an employer to whom I dedicated my life, only to be ill-treated in this manner.

The service on channel FM 102,7 has stopped transmitting and no reply from the complaints department when it will be restored. The staff at the complaints department seems *********** to even understand the complaint

Sentech is responsible to install the TV top boxes provided by the government to pensioners. My uncle who is a pensioner has applied in September 2023 for this installation. As of this date Sentech has still not issued this installation to a certified installer. I know this because I contacted them by email and was told the installation has not been issued to a installer. What is worse is that there are pensioners from the same old age home my uncle is from who has applied before my uncle and they have not received their installations.

It's been 5 months now my free Decoder was installed. It was installed in April 2022. I called several times so that they can activate it. They only took my details but never opened. Please help me. I called so many times 0860736832. Thank you

After one year Sentech failed to change the PI codes to what it was before on the RSG fm transmitters at a few of there broadcast sites. After a few emails to them it was clear that they do not know how to program PI Codes.
