Sephaku employee insolent behaviour

As a private company (a client) , black female being harassed over the phone by a Sephaku employee (Senzo Tsotetsi) is not worth it.

I’m asking myself do the shareholders or owners of Sephaku know of the kind of employees hired do behind their backs.

I’m writing this because we have been quiet for too long.

I’m asking for Sephaku group to deal with this.
