Security Installer
I have been dealing with Sequ - door on several occasions over the past 10 years or so. The quality of their burglar proofing is excellent. Prompt service and very good pricing. Based in Vereeniging but covers a wide area, including Pretoria. They recently replaced a faulty product for free after it had been installed a few years ago. Very professional and friendly service from the team. Well done! #BlackFriday

I have been dealing with Sequ - door on several occasions over the past 10 years or so. The quality of their burglar proofing is excellent. Prompt service and very good pricing. Horrible communication
I requested for a quotation and the gentleman that came for measurements was in a rush and walking away as I am asking questions. I had to do a follow up on my quote, then received it and asked a question in regards to the measurements since I couldn’t do it in person. To this day, I have not received any response. I would NOT recommend this company, their communication is horrible.

Best quality, Staff and workmanship.
After the shock of a break-in Pieter Badenhorst pulled all the strings to get a sliding and trellidor replaced within 3 days which nobody else offered, being waiting periods of 2 weeks. Firstly their product is high end, plus the staff and the workmanship was well above expectations. I can't thank them enough for making this experience an absolute pleasure. Removing doors made a huge mess and they left here with not a spec of dust. Huge thanks Sequ-door you are the BEST !!!

Poor workmanship and after sales
Firstly, what was discussed was not installed. The shutters in the main bedroom were supposed to be split in the middle. While they were installing I phoned Christi to ask why it's a single panels and the answer was Blockhouse could not split it because of the length. No phone call to ask me am I okay with this, he literally just went ahead and changed the order without so much as discussing it with me, so I basically have to live with it. Secondly, there were several defects after the installation was done. Dents in the louvers, scratches on the frames, incorrectly measured track. They came back to repair 1 of the louvers and the track 6 weeks after the install. The 2nd louver is still not repaired because they didn't have the right size when they came to do the repairs. Guess it's another 6 weeks of waiting. Not a single person from Sequ-Door phoned me after the install to ask if I'm satisfied or happy with the installation. I had to complain to them after seeing the poor workmanship. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with this company.

Shocking service with clear security bars on window installation
Shocking service from Sequ-Door with the clear view bars installation. Windows got fitted 27 May '24 and now 12 June '24, I am still waiting for them to install the clear security bars. First set of clear bars arrived in a shocking state & looked they had been cut with a hack saw blade & clearly no quality control taking place and now still no sign of the clear bars getting installed - only excuses, even though they agreed that this would be done within 3 to 4 days after window installation. One would expect that the installation side of the business would be handled in the same manner as the sales side - cannot find any fault with sales and them closing a deal. 2 and a half weeks with no security products is rather unacceptable as Sequ-Door have had all the relevant measurements on hand to ensure that they deliver on what was agreed upon. If you are going to make use of this company, make sure that they can deliver on what has been agreed upon and that they have the products on hand prior to having the windows installed.

Aluminium Glass DOOR
Not meeting clients expectations. I Asked for a aluminium glass Door , got the door and a frame(which i did not ask for) and door and frame was the size i needed for my Door only. DOES not want to refund me. R6K Down the drain. Will most defenitely never use them again. No where on any terms and conditions or quotation was there stated that the door comes standard with a frame. And even if the frame is there , why was the door inside of the frame not the size which i asked for and PAID for ? Unbelievable and cant take accountability.
