THE SMALL BUSINESS IS NOT SUPPORTED BY THIS WHOLESALER WITH RIDICULOUS REASONS NOT TO BUY FROM THEM!!!

We are a small home based business fabricating, designing and marketing our wooden novelty, gift and decor items at local traders markets in our area. As we had requests for framing & we are making small dressing table mirrors which are framed, we decided to apply for the facility of buying from a mouldings wholesaler, being Serame Mouldings. We even sent a photo of our market day and the items we sell. When completing details we had to enter which framing equipment we use and presently, as we are just starting, we use ordinary tools and explained it. The reply was simple, no they can only supply to us if we have the industrial framing equipment/machinery!! We are sorely disappointed but have actually found another company who are absolutely supportive. So we will NEVER support this company again even when we have the framing machinery. Very disappointing indeed.
