Unbelievably horrific treatment!!
Absolutely horrific service!!!
I ordered 115 mount boards listed on their website as "in stock". They then call to inform me that they wont sell me the full order because they refuse to deplete their stock for one customer and will only supply me with 25 boards.
They refuse to budge on this point and have now caused me to lose a R200k order.
Now suddenly the website shows less stock than was originally listed when I placed the order. Someone is lying to me!!!!

We absolutely strive to fulfill every single customers order at the best of our ability.
Unfortunately there are times that as a responsible supplier we cannot deplete all our stock with one large unplanned/unpredicted order. A large once off sale sounds appealing and will result in immediate cash flow. For Serame Mouldings it is not about the money, but continued customer supply and service. It is not good business to do a transaction that will result in disadvantaging our other customers by having no stock for the next 3 months. The situation at the time was explained to you and we did offer you 25 boards. You refused the quantity on offer. I understand your anger in not being able to fulfill your order, but had we known timeously, we could have suggested an option to airfreight the boards in for you.
This was a business decision and was in no way intended as personal.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
