Extremely bad service - Service Panel Beaters Clairwood

Poor workmanship, please dont ever use Service Panel Beaters situated in Clairwood, last year my Range Rover Evoque went in for a Tailgate back smash after 3 weeks I picked up my vehicle & returned home, then I noticed numerous issues with the repair, the roof rack was bent & the reverse lights were not working, I took the vehicle back & they fixed this, they claimed they replaced the tailgate with a second hand one which Discovery authorized, after about a month the tailgate refused to open, i had to take my car back to them for the 2nd time Whilst waiting for the vehicle for over an hour they claimed they cannot fix it & I need to take it to Land Rover Umhlanga, Land Rover got the vehicle to open & close but showed me how misaligned the tailgate was & stated it needed to go back to Service Panel Beaters, at this point I was very frustrated, I called Discovery & they arranged for another assessor to meet me at Service Panel Beaters, for the 3rd time, the new assessor immediately save the issue & I requested Clark & Kent to fix not Service Panel Beaters, Clark & Kent immediately picked up that Service Panel Beaters did not replace the tailgate with a second hand one but instead tried to repair the existing damaged one, they showed me all the cracks on the inside especially where the locking mechanism sits, this ********* conduct of a panel beater is not acceptable Nisha from Service Panel beaters kept fighting with me about the repair & insinuated that I closed the tailgate too hard for the damage to reoccur Save your time, money & effort & don't deal with Service Panel Beaters They even refused to provide me with a courtesy car Which Clark & Kent provided immediately
