Awaiting Seta Certificate

I did a Home Care Practitioner course at Vital College in 2024, till today I have not received my Seta certificate and there are other students who completed the course in 2021 and they too haven't received their certificate.... And we are losing our jobs cause of this, please can something be done about this as this is not fair.... We are loosing our livelihood.
