Seventh Hair Park - Worst Hair Salon Experience

I visited the Seventh Hair Musgrave branch for the first time this week, and I was absolutely appalled by their lack of professionalism.

Upon entering with my mom, we were told Khethi would be doing my hair, which was fine. However, the first red flag was when neither the receptionist nor Khethi could be bothered to assist when my mother asked what alternative hairstyle she could do since perming services were not offered.

When Khethi attended to me, she handled my hair roughly, yanking it instead of asking me to tilt my head. To make matters worse, she casually said ‘Woza’ when it was time to wash, which was unprofessional. Her demeanour itself was off and honestly disgusting. The hair wash itself was done carelessly, as it was not washed thoroughly, and water was poured over my face in the process.

This was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend Seventh Hair Musgrave to anyone. The lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic courtesy is unacceptable.
