Unethical and unprofessional business sold me 16” curly hair while advertising it as 20”

Hi, A month back I bought curly hair from Seventh Park. I’m based in Gauteng and they are in Durban so I made payment into their account and they then couriered the hair. It wasn’t without stories though, after my payment they were quiet even the responses I received via Whatsapp were quite brash and offish. I finally got a response and was told their boxes were finished hence the delay in sending the package. When I received the hair I instantly saw it wasn’t what I had ordered, outside packet said 14” whereas I had bought 20” curly hair. I decided to measure it and when I did it surely wasn’t 20” it was at most 16”. I called their Manager Musa, we video called, measured the hair together and I showed him the hair wasn’t 20” and we could both agree to it so I asked for a refund in cash if they could not give me an actual 20” wig and I would go buy elsewhere as I had an event on the coming weekend which was a couple of days away and I needed the hair. He went back and forth on the matter until there was no time, I then asked him to charge me for a 16” which again went back and forth until they stopped replying my messages completely. In a nutshell I had a terrible experience with them and wouldn’t recommend as they are unprofessional and unethical. My guess is they’ve been doing it to people but they’ve never had someone actually measure their curly hair.
