Excellent Service

Absolutely best BROTHER service experience, I had my PR680 embroidery machine at a previous "technician" and never was the same, Greg assured me he will get the issue sorted and my machine will be as they come out of the production line, he kept me touch with every moment from full disassembly to complete rebuild, could not believe the work that they put in to service this unit. All I can say they are surely the best and my machine is even better than ever. Also he assisted in extra frames and training on some features of my machine that I did not know of.
