****** and and irritation...bad business practice

WE purchased items from them in 2019 .The cartridges were of poor quality and did not work. We stopped ordering. In oct 2019 got a call advising we had to complete our order or they would hand us over. To keep the peace we sent the order advising this is the FINAL order and received faulty cartridges. We advised in the order that this would be the final order. This was it for 2019. in 2022 they started calling stated firstly that this new company had taken over from these people and we had not completed the order, then they stated that they had given us gift vouchers when they sent the cartridges ...Not soo... they threaten to take us to the lawyers if we do not complete the order...We advised that this is bull and to please put all of this in writing so we can take this matter up with our lawyers. Gave them our e mail and nothing happened. On a three monthly basis we get calls from these people threatening legal action. Now they advised that they will issue summons in my personal name for the gift vouchers or we must complete or order. Again asked them to put this in writing...they do not stop....a right bunch of ******. STOP spending all your time and money on these calls and go get business properly.. this is tiresome and annoying..
