Sannen Living.co.za is a Scam

I have bought a plasma tv stand on the 20 Jan 2018 online up to date i did not received my goods The following week after hearing nothing from them, I phoned for a couple of days before I could get hold of them. They don't respond to emails or messages either. I spoke to Cliff, after 2 weeks have passed, from then up to 29th of Mar 2018, he just had excuses why we not receiving what we ordered. They don’t respond to facebook messages, phone calls, or emails. We’ve tried to get hold off them several times again, then on the 16th April 2018 they’ve send us an email that they will refund us and will take 14 to 21 days. we reply by email please do so as i wanted a refund But still to date nothing have been paid back to me after they said they will do a refund.
