Monies returned.

Placed order end of Jan 2023.sent numerous emails asking for tracking no etc. Always some excuse. Eventually, advised by my bank who gave me their ***** dept email, handed them over. I attached all the correspondence between Shapes SA and myself. Told ***** department the story and also suggested they look in the companies business. The bank acknowledge my email. Received reply two days later saying I will be refined, depending on money exchange that day. Long story short I was rewarded with full amount the next day. So please guys instead of complaining they stole your money, do something about it. Don't let this company get away with your monies. Regards.
