I have been asking for a paid up letter since 2025, to date i haven't received it. I have called in several times. I have also used your whatsapp portal to request for it and still nothing. The listing on my name is seriously affecting my life and i am just trying to get it cleared. I NEED THE LETTER PROVIDED ASAP!

I had an account with MTN, then it was handed over to the lawyers of which l have settled last year September 2025. Nothing was updated on the system that l don't owe anymore after 6 months to show that my name is cleared. l have called in 2 weeks back to request for a paid up letter but l have been sent to Pillar to Post and no one is willing to assisting me. And now l am losing a opportunity since no one can send a letter to show that l have settled this account. When l call MTN l am referred to SSD SHAPIRO SHARK DEFRIES & ASSOCIATES Attorneys they still want to confirm with MTN. I am disappointed and frustrated as l cant be issued this letter. I am still waiting for the paid up letter till to date. Can you please treat this issue as a matter of urgency. I have received the worst service ever.

I have never been disgusted by such a company. I paid my account in 2024 with paid up letter only for them to come back 2 years letter saying I am in debt with them for an amount of the same amount that was paid. How stupid are they and they do not even take accountability. They made me pay extra R800 and when I phone MTN they told me I have fully paid and they did not submit my account again. I want nothing to do with MTN and their stupid collections team cause they delayed my debit orders, now I have to pay all my life just for a stupid R2000

On 28 January 2026, Nimble sent me written confirmation that the debt was PRESCRIBED—meaning it is legally uncollectable and the file is closed. However, I recently discovered that Nimble sold my data to Shapiro Shaik Defries attorneys in December 2025—before they admitted the debt was prescribed. Now, despite having a letter from Nimble saying I owe nothing, I am being harassed by lawyers demanding payment. Nimble has proven they cannot manage consumer data. They sold a prescribed debt (which is ******* to pursue) and failed to notify the buyer that the debt was dead. Their internal systems are clearly broken. If you ever deal with Nimble, save every letter they send you—because their left hand clearly does not know what their right hand is doing. They will sell your information to vultures even after admitting you owe nothing. Avoid.
