I would like share with everyone how this company operates. So they make use or third party agents to do their deliveries in other provinces. They run up the bill and then move onto another agent. They have been doing this for years and are getting away with it. This company needs to be shut down as they are taking risking other people's jobs and livelihood.

I'm only rating it 1star cause I want to write a review. This logistics company don't answer their phone. I keep calling everyday to check with regards to where my parcel is and no answer. I ordered hair from AliExpress, it arrived in the country within schedule but Skynet is just stalling with the delivery. They claim that the driver can't get a hold of me however I have no missed call logs from them. Also no phone call from my security. My parcel was supposed to be deliverd before the 24 September, till now no delivery. Even the 066 number doesn't go through. You will call evryday, nothing. Bunch of ****mers. If you plan on using them or ordering from China usin DPEX, just know your parcel won't arrive. Rather save your coins and opt for Aramex.

I'm only rating it 1star cause I want to write a review. This logistics company don't answer their phone. I keep calling everyday to check with regards to where my parcel is and no answer. I ordered hair from AliExpress, it arrived in the country within schedule but Skynet is just stalling with the delivery. Honestly there should be a 0 star rating for this business. Who hired Debbie and Tarryn???? And do they care that they are running this business into the pits? When Debbie called me on Wednesday, she arrogantly told me the parcel only arrived on Friday, and is scheduled for delivery on Thursday and so I said no problem, I will wait for tomorrow. Of course the parcel did not arrive.. Yet today the status say attempted delivery contact customer service. Which customer service when phones are not Answered? I left two voice messages and 3 emails today. Also, how are you arrogant when you know that you cannot deliver on expectations? Baffles me! I called in advance in order to avoid being a victim of Sharp Logistic's incompetence. Had I sent the same email I sent yesterday to a capable delivery company, they would have followed up and reverted back with speed. Had I know when I ordered from Aliexpress they would be using Sharp Logistics, I would not have wasted my money. Stay far away from these guys. They really don't give a rats ass about you.

A week after they said they “tried” to deliver, still no delivery. They allegedly phoned us 3 times, according to them, to ask for an access code. No missed calls on our phone logs and NO CODE REQUIRED, IF ONLY THE DELIVERY PERSON READ THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTION. Arrogant answer from Debbie Pather at Sharp Logistics, who is contracted to DPEX Shipping for LIGHT IN THE BOX, really undid all the great efforts from Light in the Box to receive your order within 7 to 9 days. I copied DPEX SERVICE (Lily Su) also in on the email, and STILL NO reply. If Light in the Box wants to keep their delivery times as short and pleasant as it has been the last year… you need to find and get rid of the rotten apple. Either DPEX or Sharp Logistics will cause your clients to go back to Shein, which has always been better at shipping, until Light in the Box fixed it around a year ago. Just between ourselves and our working children, we spend an average of R200 000 annually at LIGHT in the BOX. We asked nicely, we offered to collect, we emailed…but best we get is “WHEN THE DRIVER IS AGAIN IN THE AREA…. AND NO RETURN BY PHONE CALL, NO MATTER HOW OFTEN WE ASKED.

I ordered a parcel from China, the parcel arrived at their offices and needed to clear customs. I was four days before they even acknowledged its' existence, called me but I was not able to take the call at that time. I phoned their offices about 20 times and only got through to a person 4 times, three of which were transfers to an unanswered number.
