I have dealt with a "MIKE" from sharpspring. Queried about why we are being billed without making use of the sharpspring mailing service and requested a refund. Sharpsring simply responded by saying that you will be billed monthly even if you do not make use of their service.

Graphicmail sold us out by selling their company to Sharpsringmail.com

1. We have not given them permission to debit our account every month

2. The only way you can unsubscribe to their service is to email their helpdesk

3. They cannot supply any proof in you accepting their terms and conditions

4. Total waste of money

Please stay away from this service as we have lodged an official complaint against their domain and fair use policies in South Africa.

Our business had a GraphicMail account. It was transferred to SharpSpring - we did not agree to any of their Terms and Conditions. For months they have been deducting from a Credit Card which was previously used when we used GraphicMail services. Several requests for cancellation have been ignored. The email address provided on their website ********** ) for requesting termination is incorrect. All over they advertise "no contracts" and "cancel at any time" - yet they make it so very difficult to terminate a service that we have not even signed up for or used in the last 11 months. I have submitted a message on their website Contact Us page - let's see if they will respond as none of the other channels evoked a response from them. Very poor customer service! Ongoing unlawful deductions - they are stealing from us !!

Same problem as other reviews - despite having closed our account with GraphicMail (with email confirmations), SharpSpring suddenly started deducting monthly premiums. They paid back one amount, then drew a larger one. The people we dealt with stopped answering phones and emails. We eventually had to get our bank to refund the money and we had to get a new credit card to stop them from stealing more money.

Even the bank seemed apathetic about dealing with them (ABSA - boo), and it's high time someone stopped them operating in our country. Go back to where you came from you thieves.

I've subscribed to Graphic Mail and decided to terminate my subscrition as I no longer required the service. Ben confirmed my cancellation on 28 April 2016. In June 2016, 22nd & 24th, Graphic Mail deducted 2 premiums. I queried the deductions and one premium was refunded on 28 June. By the 8th of July...yet another premium was deducted...so now Graphic Mail has deducted/stealing R210 from me and only refunded R70...just imagine if they do this to 10 people a month? I've been following up with Ben daily re the progress and he's just gone quiet and ignoring my emails...I also copied Neill and he doesn't even bother to respond...I would like to warn my fellow online marketers out there...DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO SHARP SPRING/GRAPHIC MAIL...THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! The only way I can make this stop is to cancel my credit card... #sodissappointedanddisgusted...

We have been forcibly migarted from GraphicMail across to this new platform. The support is non-existent. You wait days for a response. Trying to get my domain verified is impossible as I never receive the emails. So am busy looking for a cost effective alternative.

Bulkmailing these days are as common as the sunrise in Africa. Working with a company that can assist and sort out your problem ....or even their own problems ...should put a smile on your face ...that is now you the customer.

Sharpspring Bulkmailing (Cape Town office) ...no , here you are treated to this most brutal customer service you will experience . No one wants or is willing to help ....and not even an email gets answered ....except for the people that is no more part of that department that deals with customer services . Is business so good and plenty that you do not need to worry about the small fish in the ocean???.............sorry Sharpspring your services is not recommended to anyone

My email platform of choice for many of my accounts for 5 years, GraphicMail has migrated to SharpSpring - 'the next generation of email marketing'. After months of hype, a delayed launch and the offer of one training seminar, my email sending was forced onto a new unrecognisalbe platform.

1) My data HAS NOT BEEN MIGRATED in the new platform - only my email addresses. The response from Logan at the helpdesk was that i 'must have been using it wrong in Graphicmail' and would need to export and import my 20 lists myself. He was 'certainly not doing it for me'. The old platform will be shut down in a month by which time I have to migrate all lists, otherwise years of collecting customer details lost in one month. I pity any customers who aren't sending regular emails - get hold of your data now!

2) There is no option to send to multiple lists and the supposed 'tagging' system to enable lists to be sent to together doesn't work in Chrome

3) After 2 hours dealing with these issues I sent my email just before 11am on a Friday. IT WAS DELIVERED TO ABOUT 10,000 contacts AT 5pm ON A FRIDAY. I was told on sending that I didn't meet there sender credentials (despite being well within their bounce rate thresholds) and my emails would be delayed by up to two hours. When I called after 3 hours I was told the emails would be released immediately. Although the report showed delivered from 2pm, the replies / out of office notifications etc started coming through AFTER THE END OF THE WORKING WEEK!

4) No reports from the old system are transferred across so soon it will be impossible to compare the appalling performance of Sharpspring with the old platform (not that you can believe the Sharpspring reports on delivered status at least).

5) There is no SMS ****ion in ShaprSpring and I have credit in my GraphicMail SMS accounts

I expect to be able to trust the platform I entrust my customer data with 100% and based on my initial experience with SharpSpring I can't do so. I will be looking for an alternative. Considering I will be working to migrate my own data, I may as well migrate it to a proven platform .
