Worst experience ever getting a windscreen in less than 2 weeks. If it wasn't for poppy act I would name your advisers. 2 weeks of phoning you and Mahindra to get a windscreen because you didn't have it in stock it was never claimed from Mahindra. So I as client just have to suck up your pathetic service. You have been reported at Outsurance one of your biggest clients for claims just remember if your clients don't get service you don't get service

<p>Appalling service - Shatterprufe Bloemfontein</p> <p>Insurance claim processed via Auto & General on 03/06/2017. Fitment to be done at Glasfit Kimberley.<br />Stock ordered on 05/06/2017.<br />Fitment was to be done today. <br />I received a phonecall today - NO STOCK AVAILABLE.<br />Only in Jhb. This is ridiculous!!!!! How can the entire central South Africa not have stock of the item?????? Isn't it your BUSINESS to supply windscreens????</p> <p>New ETA is Thursday, 15/06/2017 - ARE YOU KIDDING ME????????<br />Sort this out please! My driving school can not operate with unroadworthy vehicles due to YOUR lack of planning or forecasting.</p> <p>Luckily South Africa has overnight courier services, which means this can be rectified in no time. My truck will be available for fitment pf windscreen tomorrow, Friday 09/06/2017.<br />Thank You!</p>
