Traumatized by the experience

!!!! Worst experience of my life. It was a traumatic experience !!!!!

They didn't do the tattoo as per the artwork I agreed and when confronting them, they made out that I was in the wrong but they could fix the tattoo. However, they never came up with any suggestions on how they would fix it, because they knew they couldn't.

When going for the appointment to fix the tattoo, they have already fired the tattoo artist who I have been communicating with for days, to the fixing artwork of my tattoo and they mentioned that they didn't know about my appointment.

But they were the one's scheduling the appointments.

But the tattoo artist actually confirmed my appt. With me on what's ap, The previous night before my appointment.

They wanted and did humiliate me and they broke their agreement of me getting my touch up.

They day of my f/U appt. , when I went in, the told me they didn't have me pencilled in and the artist is on leave. They actually fired the artist before my f/U appt. and just wanted to humiliate me infront of of customers.

They had treated me with disrespect and banned me from their place, infront of all people.

Like I was in the wrong! I have been traumatized about this experience and will forever be.

I paid them what they wanted and they didn't stick to their word or contact.

I'm the one sitting with the unwanted art on my body, for the rest of my life and I had to experience such disgusting and unprofessional treatment from Amber and Shelby Downey.
