Lied on Car Service History !!! Discovered that Car is due for major service
I recently bought (June 2022) a Porsche Cayenne from Shelby Auto, and they mentioned that the car service history is up to date (Recently serviced 2022). When I take the car to Porsche, then Porsche is saying the car is due for Major Service. When I inform Shelby Auto they saying they not going to pay for it. Scam Scam Scam !!! please be careful when buying a car from them especially with the service history book

13 Jul 2022, 08:36Hi Nomhle, firstly we would like to thank you for business and hope you have many safe miles with your new car. The Porsche Cayenne that you bought from us indeed has a full service history which you yourself checked in the service book that was supplied to you by us. We had the car serviced at an RMI approved service center, which most dealers would do when a vehicle is out of its factory warranty or motor plan or service plan from the franchise dealers. We did email a copy of the invoice for last service and the service books are stamped by the service center.
