PTY-Online Admin extremely difficult

Generally good. I have bought many companies. However, one was an older company, dated 2018. I Bought it in 2022. Since then I am trying to get the e-filing right to pay UIF and PAYE. The Company secretary is still the lady at shelf company. We can not get her to allow the transfer of the company eihe rby email or SMS, to our bookkeepers. Eventually in 2025, after a visit to SARS (waiting months to manage that) we got hold of her number and email. All in vain, she shouts at the director and is of no help. So, now we are trying to get another meeting with SARS to get the transfer approved.. She, the lady at Pty-online, wants us to cancel the SARS appointment - it takes months to get appointent... why should we stop it. The PTY-online lady does not approve the transfer when the notice is sent to her. Meanwhile, penalties, fees and interest are accumulating. So much arrogance towards a client is unheard of.
