Me myself and many other friends I know. have complained about the exact same thing. THIS HOSPITAL DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. This is a standard problem. read all the other negative hellopeter reviews. !! I me my friends. In fact, many times I got in my car travelled 18km to the hospital to ask how my friend is doing after major 8-9 hours surgery. I and my friend, friends as well as her children who live in another province have the same complaint. Jeepers if they can send your hospital bill before you actually leave the hospital how on earth can it be that they have such bad front desk etiquette like not answering a phone-when you eventually get through the ward just don't answer their phone. ALSO when you ask for ladies surgical ward, you are transferred to medical ward. Even fter you explained who is the doctor and that it was SURGERY!! In these modern times can the receptionist not check on the name and Surname of the patient on the system and connect you to the correct ward. That is another thing, my friend have a uncomplicated surname...Jordan...I had to spell it 6 times before the front desk lady got it right. In a hospital. My goodness at least they should upgrade their criteria on read and write basics before they employ staff.
