Shelly beach postnet

At 11h54 I call postnet Shelly beach to enquire if my overnight package has arrived to which I was told no... At 12h01I then called the tracking telephone number to be greeted by a very rude gentleman advising me to call another number to which I responded that I am not calling the world to find out where my overnight package is....and got cut off... Miraculously I received a SMS 12h41 that my package has arrived... Just to get to the postnet to be greeted very stiffly because I called earlier and voiced my dismay of my package that was not yet delivered... Shocking to say the least!!!! Will rather take my chances in further with the post office as then I know what to expect!!!
