Shesha Cresta

My daughter recently purchase a Nike Blazer from Shesha Cresta store. She was told that the sizes start from 4 & Half and that no other store has the size 4 because they weren’t made in that size. She then purchased it and saw the same shoe at another store in the size 4 that she wanted. When she tried to return the shoe the same day within 10 minutes of purchase. She was told she could only get a credit note and that it was only to be used at that store and it has an expiry date.

firstly they lied to her and then wouldn’t give her back her money and part of their terms. In my opinion the store staff are a bunch of exploiters and should be avoided at all costs.
