Hopeless

Terrible experience. Purchased a rug and was told by NIma to pay immediately as it was the last item. He never sent the goods. He took the money and never refunded it. He **** and said he sent the goods which he never did. He never sent any waybill. He has been reported to the bank and police. Do not buy from this business. Check other reviewers on google who have had same experience.
