Disappointed Customer third time around

I am so disappointed in the feedback I am getting from such a wellknown and trusted brand.

I used a dashspray for the first time and my dash started to crack in 4 different places. Their agent came out and gave me a nonsense story about my car being in an accident and he has seen from his experience that people use products and then claim back.

They sent me free products in the hopes I will be excited and keep quiet. My dash is completely destroyed.

I sent a follow up mail and now they say its deep structural damage. Too many wishy washy stories from them.

Please dont be fooled by some companies who have been around for 50 years but there is no empathy and compassion.

I will never use Shield ever again. Mind you, this is the 3rd issue with them and Its clear their products are substandard poor quality. Rather use newer brands out there instead of ones like this who are not about the consumer at all.
