SCAM
I have seen countless reviews about this "business" I was in the process of purchasing a Data Projector from them The FNB branch near me did not have any tellers, so I had to deposit the payment via the ATM. After I put in the cash -- the Account name read "Mr Mohammed .... " and I immediately cancelled the transaction. I have emailed them every day since and NO response. According to the invoice, the Banking details are supposed be in the name of ShipTU Online....??????? Someone needs to investigate this company.

Hallo I recently reviewed Shiptu as I had not received my package ordered on 6 January 2021. I have now received my package and am very pleased. It did take 4 months to reach me but it has arrived. The only complaint I have is that they do not communicate and this makes one stress that it is a scam company. If they would improve their communication it would boost company sales. Thanks Marie

Hallo I recently reviewed Shiptu as I had not received my package ordered on 6 January 2021. I have now received my package and am very pleased. It did take 4 months to reach me but it has arrived. plain theft
i bought a keyboard from them. they sent me an email a month later saying there is no stock. then never refunded me. its been 6 months. no more then an automated response for all my enquiries, no phone number, just took my money and ran. do not buy from these scammers no matter what,

ShipTU service sucks
Good day Kindly assist, I ordered a laptop online with ShipTU on 23/03/2021 and they mentioned that their delivery will take 5-10days, their service is ridiculous. It's now close to a month and not heard from them until today. I paid a lot of money on that laptop, I can't carry on with my studies because im relying on it, the quicker I get my laptop or my money back the better. I have no patience anymore as they don't care and value their clients.I sent more than 5 follow up emails with no response, I'm afraid this might be a scam now. Pls advice....

CAN TRUST THE STORE // STICK TO TAKEALOT
I cant say if these guys can be trusted. My own experience is 2 months and counting no response on emails, I have requested refunds nothing there. So I would suggest people stay away for now.

SHipTu scammer or just incredibly slow? 2 months and waiting
I ordered in Nov 2020. It's now 1 Feb 2021. I bought an arm to hold a PC screen but still no delivery, no response from support, nothing. I'm worried I've been scammed. But I see some people say goods did arrive after months. I'm giving them a few more days to reply/deliver and then calling their payment providers to black list them. Too many complaints like mine. Yes, I only did checks too late, ... lesson learned.

Suspect SCAM
Terrible experience. Bought an item in November 2021 and still have not received it and cannot even get my refund. Drove to their offices in Parktown in January and could not find anyone to assist. Isaac
