Ridiculous service
ShiptuOnline - Invoice for your Order #ST5874006 I ordered laptop with above order number in Feb up to this day I still haven’t received my order, with no feedback and communication whatsoever, all I’m asking is to get my refund as I had to buy another laptop from other store which took me just 3 days to get my order.

be away fraud
rating for Shiptu online shall be negative. This is fraudulent company. We had placed and paid (R1871) order 7-Dec-2020. Since that, no good received, no response to our emails. In according with CIPC, Shiptuonline had been registered in April 2019 by Mr Mohammad Rezai (Director). There is no telephone contacts(?!). Their physical address mentioned in quote/invoice: 1st floor, Metropolitan Park, 8 Hillside Road, Parktown, Jhb, 2196. I assume it may be fake address. I warning anyone to be away from this company. Fly by night - fraud
It's a scam - steer clear. No order confirmation email. No number to reach them on. I'm going to try and get my money back from Pay fast - why do Pay fast even allow merchants like these on their platform???? They are meant to be reputable.

SCAM?
I ordered and paid for an electronic component on the 7th May 2020, from this company. After 7 months I am still awaiting delivery. I received COVID-19 excuses some time ago and was allocated a ticket number but since I have received no feedback whatsoever. I am wondering whether this company is trying to scam customers?

We have placed an order on 13 October 2020, we have mailed numerous times but not getting any feedback, there is also no phone number to contact them on........ are we being scammed?
