In 2023, I contracted Solar & Sun to install a solar system at my home, opting for a one-time payment exceeding R130,000. Since November 2024, the system has experienced ongoing issues, and despite numerous requests for assistance, no resolution has been provided. The owner, Basie Rorich, blocked my number and refused to offer further support. I was then directed to another representative within the company, but she also declined to assist. Currently, the battery capacity is at approximately 20%, rendering it ineffective during load shedding. I am now at my wit's end, as it appears the company is unwilling to provide further support since there is no financial incentive for them.
