HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PURCHASE
I placed an order and did not receive my item. My emails were ignored, the WhatsApp number on the site is operating but they ignore the text. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY from ShoeVault. Non-existing company eeeuw! I hope they really never make it out there

I'm very disappointed and upset, I bought a pair of Nike sneakers for R1000 in February and still have not received anything! No further contact has been made by shoevault and the number(cellphone number on the site) is on voicemail and they don't reply on the emails. This website is a damn scam and people need to be warned. Don't fall into that trap, they are scammers!!!

No further contact has been made by shoevault and the number(cellphone number on the site) is on voicemail and they don't reply on the emails. This is a scam. I "bought" a pair of shoes for R 1200. Only after starting to wonder when they would come I realised the company only has a cellphone number which goes straight to voicemail and an unattended mailbox. Expensive lesson..
