This company has terrible customer service and horrible product support. I purchased a brand new Dillon XL 750 from an outlet. Upon opening the box and setting up the powder measure, i noticed the powder measure had an extreme amount of slop in it and was making an abnormal knocking sound. I emailed Shooting Stuff for their professional advice on it to which they could not assist. I then requested a quote from them on the replacement parts I thought I needed for the powder measure. They sent me the quote which I was ok with. I then called them and asked if I could bring in the powder measure for them to look at to be sure that the parts they quoted on were in fact going to work and solve the issues I was having before I purchased them. After all, who wants to spend R1000 on parts they are not sure will work? While on the phone with them they then said that I can bring it in but they are going to charge me R200 Per 15 minutes just to look at the powder measure to cover their time?? plus I would still need to pay for the parts that I needed (which I was fine to do in the first place). I find it a bit ridiculous that a Dillon Dealer wants to charge me excessive amounts just to look at a problem on a part from a high-end brand that I invested a lot of money into and who claims to also have a no BS warranty on their products. I have spent a fair amount of money at Shooting stuff and have tried to be a loyal customer and to support their business when I can but it seems as if they don't need it. I decided to cut my losses and buy a new powder measure from another store and will avoid this company at all costs in the future, besides other stores are substantially cheaper than Shooting Stuff on their Dillon Products.

I purchased a Dillon Square Deal reloader from one of their distributors. On the 10th of November 2017. After driving approximately 250km to collect the machine from their dealer, just to find the machine without al the parts needed to assemble. I had no other choice but to drive thru again 250km to collect the parts just to find out on the day a qualified person came to do the setup that even more parts is missing. I phoned them and explained that we are having our final shoot the very next day, the salesman said his hands is tight down and there is nothing he could do about it. I did mention that the transaction has been a disaster from the first moment we had any contact. I also mentioned that I am the only person having to continue to spend money for mistakes they made by not making sure that the machine was complete and or setup correctly. The only solution they considered was to ship the outstanding parts two days after our final shoot for 2017. If I were to calculate the cost to me, I could have bought the bigger machine the RB550. I still think the Dillon is an extraordinary product but this dealer is doing damage to the quality, reliability, back-up and name of the product. I regred having to deal with anyone who does not support their products and don't give a s%$#@ about the customer.
