Scam Alert!

If I could, I would give them 0 stars! I placed an order for picture frames in December on the 20th and then canceled my order because of the fact that I got the same items a little cheaper from another place and the payment went off from my account, They then told me that they will refund me and I still haven't received my refund. I have logged multiple complaints and all they tell me is that they "can't" locate my order. I have sent them screenshots with my order number, I have provided them with all the details they have asked and yet still nothing. They are of no help at all and are utterly useless when it comes to customer service. They SCAMMED me... I asked them, if they don't want to refund me then they should rather just send me my Items that I paid for, but they don't want to do anything about the situation and still spin the same story with ALL the details provided... I would NEVER recommend anyone to ever buy from them.
