Shopify trial

I used Shopify trial version for 2 days. Now I'm struggling for 2 months to get my money back. I cut up and cancelled the card so that i cannot be billed again.

That's not good business.

I signed up for a trial of Shopify online store. It was a requirement that i give them my card details with the CVV number on the back. They give you 2 weeks to use it "for free" and they debitted my card. If it was a debit order, i could reverse it immediately wuthout any hassle. But since they used my card details, it was as if i bought something in a store. I already have the thing. Now i want to reverse the payment. FNB said that they can't reverse the transaction without an email stating that Shopify intendeds to reverse the transaction on their side. But 2 weeks after the debit FNB can't help me anymore because the money has been banked and is in Shopify's bank account now.
