Poor service received from Shoprite Newgate in the Johannesburg CBD

Terrible customer service received from Bongekile Zibephi Buthelezi . Firstly she assisted a customer from the front of her till to load more than 6 giftcards individually, secondly she didn't acknowledge waiting customers who are patiently waiting in queue, thirdly after completing the numerous transactions with this particular customer, she didn't greet us nor apologize for keeping us waiting for long, she called out to her colleague to inform her she was done the cards before attending to us. I'm terribly disappointed with this kind of service as this happened during my lunch time . I personally work with clients on daily basis and this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
