Refusal of purchase

I recently visited Shoprite Sharon Park to take advantage of their "99 Special" promotion, which included 99 Cheese, bread, 18 eggs, and polony. However, when I arrived at the store, I found that they were out of bread. I was willing to purchase the remaining items at the promotional price, but the controller (Baby) refused to accommodate me.

I understand that stockouts can happen, but I felt that the store's refusal to offer any alternative or discount was unfair. As a customer, I was still willing to spend money with them, even if they couldn't provide the full promotion. I left the store feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I hope Shoprite will consider revising their policies to better serve their customers in the future. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
