Poor customer service

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at Shoprite. The store manager, Ynine Lowton was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was condescending, made me feel like my concerns were insignificant,just for the simple Xtra Savings card which I did not have in my position when I was buying one of the product which was on special and also their Xtra saving system was offline,I then asked one of the customer to borrow me then she started to shout at the cashier accusing her that she is allowing us to follow incorrect procedure ,i advised her that the cashier did not request me to ask for the card from the other customer,then she started shouting and arguing with me like she was possesed, This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. I expect better customer service and respect from Shoprite, and this experience has left me very disappointed. I hope Shoprite takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their management staff.
