BAD SERVICE

order number: 174393811321548, I have been waiting it's going to the 3rd month now and the tracking its stuck on waiting for transport to Johannesburg warehouse since June the 13th what seems to be the problem???? they don't respond to my email and the is no one to speak with??? ITS SO FUSTRATING
