I had a positive experience with Shosholoza Finance. The process was clear and straightforward, and they completed all the necessary affordability and compliance checks before anything was approved. I wouldnt even rate it at all,they dont deserve a single star. Shosholoza finance is a ****. I have never experienced such a horrible services,honestly i am disguated and furious. I go to them as early as the 8th asking for a settlement letter, i settle the etire loan in time because i want my finacial freedom and they still go to debit even after i have settled thier loan. They advised that they wont be refunding me,this is a total *******🤞when one asks for a settlement letter, you provide it with every little cent that is owed and you setlle it its supposed to be that simple. After settling the entire loan amount i was told that they did not include 1 installment. This is a huge inconvinience😡

Good morning I'd like a communication with Shosholoza finance, because they deducted R2800 on my November Salary as a settlement for the loan I have with them, now they also have deducted R1000 on my December Salary and I'd like a refund from them

i need refund from shosholoza finance they dont want to refund me i do have all settlement that i was asking from them .
Morning i m MM NKADIMENG i was having a loan with shosholoza finance previous months so decided to close my account . i ask the people from get away to paid up my account from shosholoza . they ask me to get settlement letter from them they email that letter from there we make all the prosess that was needed they paid out all my accounts. come the 26 when i get paid they deducted money from my payslip the amount of 5400 while they settled my account from them. so now they supposed to refund me the money that they deducted on my payslip they told me the money from get away its not reflecting on their system i must come the following day they will refund me. so the lady by the name DEBBIE she took proof of payment telling me she will refund before 12 the following day. when i make follow ups he gave a black guy to explaine to me that i m not going to get my refund cause i was paying for OCTOBER MONTH but last month september my balance was still the same of which was 7490 when ask for OCTOBER same amount GETWAY Paid up that money so now they took 5400 i left with nothing on my account i have to pay school fees and food for my kids now they playing monkey tricks about my money please help me. from MM. NKADIMENG
