Premium service is so refreshing in these days of mediocrity. Shaun and Jonathan are experts in their field and go beyond in finding a solution to most mechanical problems. I would not go to any other service centre.

Was very impressed with they way I was dealt with. My car had a slight problem with my bearings. I took it to 7 different service providers. Shaunie and his team identified the problem quickly. Their quote was the most reasonable. They stuck to stated time lines. When they did the job they found that my brakes needed new pads, which was not picked up at a recent service. They also said when they bought the parts it was significantly cheaper than they quoted and past that saving onto me. They were very honest and sorted out my car. Very impressed.

Shox and Suspension Centre changed my shocks on a Golf 5 Gti and in the process damaged the torque sensor on the steering rack which affects all the steering safety features and is not separately replaceable. Bottom line is they refused to pay or contribute to get this problem resolved which cost me an additional R16K to sort. The owner, Shaune Fryer, was only willing to replace the steering rack with a 2nd hand unit he acquired from a Golf that was written off which I declined - he was not willing to contribute so that I could get the job done properly at VW, even after I advised that I was willing to pay in the difference. This company has zero accountability for its workmanship and actions so stay away and use one of the many other shops in Randburg. Appalling service and attitude by the owner.
