They are refusing with my paid up letter. I've settled the account and they are moving me from Piller to post saying the paid up letter takes 90 days. Entire 3 months for a paid up letter. When I call Markham's they never received the settlement amount. The representative are not truthful they always lie . I want my paid up letter

My TFG account was handed over to Shrives Incorporated.i have asked for a statement and realized every 2days there is charges on account. I called and complained with no way forward and a rude assistant .I want to be handled by a different law company.

Good day, Today I had an incident where' by I called the call centre because I wanted to know the final balance of my account so I can settle the debt since am working now to my surprise as I tried to explain to the call centre agent my query she was rude to me not once but twice when I called I kept calling to see maybe I can get someone more rational to speak to who is not going to shout and be rude toward me to my frustration it became and screaming and shouting match as I proceeded to ask her why is she being rude and disrespectful towards me n not listening to what I have to say she hung up on me that was a female I didn't get her name either, I then proceeded to make a second call again to get someone to speak to a guy picked up I tried to speak to him aswell as I tried explaining to him what my call is about am not sure weather he was having a conversation with someone next to him or stoping me from explaining my self I then proceeded to ask him is he gna let me speak or must I let him speak then a whirl different argument erupted from there on wards am very unhappy with the service I got from your call centre agents that is not the way to treat customers or the way to do business when someone wants to know a simple thing relating to their account am very upset to say the least I was at work when I made the call and it ruined my whole day id appricate it if those agents are called to order about the way they behaved because I had to waste my work time to argue with them over nothing all I wanted to know was my foschini balance so that I could settle it and that didn't go as planned they should employ more competent stuff

I settled the account in September and Shives went ahead and debited me after the settlement. I've been on calls back and forth with them but I'm not getting help.

This company that does all debt collections for Blue Label Connect. i have a terrible experience, as i have been waiting from 7th June 2024, after settling the account for a paid up letter, the company has told me to wait 3 months, now they have me runnning on a wild goose chase to get a paid up letter. they have then said that blue label connect has withdrew my file from them, and when i called in to blue label connect i have not received feedback, this is dating from JULY 2024. this has an impact on my credit score after settling the account, by law im supposed to have already received a paid up letter, after immediate settlement of my bill.

I am so irritated They keep on hanging up on me because I have paid the account up to date. The call center consultant ZIVAI hangs up the call in my ear and the supervisor Blessing can't help me with anything. They asked me the previous week to call them on the day to get my statements and said the paid-up letter is 90 days which I understand. They don't update the Experian that I am on 0 balance, and still show a big amount. This people are a **** If I can give advice run. SZIVAI the call center guy has the nerve to tell me I took so long to pay down the account. They debit order the went off every month.

I was handed over to Shrives Incorporated by Foschini Retail Group. I paid off my account on the 27th of May 2024 and got a statement from them. the account has not been closed off on my report. I called Shrives Incorporated, and they said the account is closed on their side, but I will only get a paid-up letter after 90days. I called Foschini Group and sent them the statement that shows I have made full payments but i was told that they will only be able to remove or close my account once they get a paid-up letter. now how is that fair? a payment has been made but the account is still ruining my credit report because a paid-up letter has not been sent and Foschini group is refusing to close the account even with the statement sent to them. this is not a fair treatment and it's ruining my credit. I am very disappointed and angry at the same time. Kindly assist.

I was handed over to Shrives Incorporated by Foschini Retail Group. I paid off my account on the 27th of May 2024 and got a statement from them. the account has not been closed off on my report. I called Shrives Incorporated, and they said the account is closed on their side, but I will only get a paid-up letter after 90days. I called Foschini Group and sent them the statement that shows I have made full payments but i was told that they will only be able to remove or close my account once they get a paid-up letter. now how is that fair? a payment has been made but the account is still ruining my credit report because a paid-up letter has not been sent and Foschini group is refusing to close the account even with the statement sent to them. this is not a fair treatment and it's ruining my credit. I am very disappointed and angry at the same time. Kindly assist.
