I invested in an online platform that promised returns, but communication has been extremely poor and withdrawal requests remain unpaid. This lack of response and failure to process payouts raises serious concerns about the company’s legitimacy. Please be cautious and avoid investing without proper verification. I am very concerned about the general security and accuracy of Shyft as a trading platform, especially given the fact that it is backed by Standard Bank. Transactions concluded on the share platform are just missing from one's transaction history. I have raised these issues with the support team almost a month ago. Zero feedback from them other than "our support teams are investigating". If one selects a trading platform associated with a renowned bank, one would expect at least the level of service comparable to the bank itself. How can a support team investigate a matter for a full month with absolutely ZERO solid answers?

They mislead us into signing up to this promotion, I signed and never recieved my R500 reward to register and sign up, I bought ZAR shares then I was later told it has changed that I had to buy forex shares and this was only after I had complained about not receiving the R500 they have mislead us, highly disappointed in this, the Terms and Conditions do not state that you need to purchase Forex shares or international shares in order to qualify it states that you need to buy shares.

They had a promotion to reffer people to their site and I was also reffered and received the money, when I reffered 4 of my friends I was then told we needed to buy international shares which was not the case, I have lost R3440 because I also lent my friends 105 each to buy the shares, I would have received 1000 rand and my friends 500 each, nothing was mentioned regarding international shares and a lot of people got their money without buying international shares, very hurt and disappointed because I wanted to use the money to buy food for my kids.

Absolutely pathetic of Standard Bank/Shyft to randomly change the terms and conditions of the referral reward. They didn't even inform anyone of the random change in terms amd conditions. Even withdrawals take more than a week now. Why would you run a referral reward, when you're just gonna be overwhelmed when we actually refer people? I will definitely be raising a complaint and will escalate it to the OMBUDSMAN, if customer service is unable tp solve it. Very disappointed in Standard Bank

Since Shyft launched their referral campaign, I have referred eight people. Out of these, two referrals were marked as unsuccessful. When I contacted Shyft’s customer support, I was told that the first referral did not click on my referral link, and that the second person needed to purchase international shares for the referral to count. This situation is extremely frustrating, as I personally guided all eight people through the entire process. Despite my efforts, customer support claimed that one referral did not click the link, and therefore neither of us qualified for the reward. I submitted a complaint five days ago, and was told it had been escalated. However, I received no follow-up until today, when they only mentioned that the first person had not clicked the link while I was reporting a new issue. Today, I referred my brother, only to be informed that he needed to purchase international shares for the referral to be valid. Customer support stated that these new terms and conditions took effect on September 2, 2025. However, my cousin purchased local shares from Ayo Technology Solutions LTD—the same type of shares my brother purchased—and received a notification on September 8, 2025, confirming that the R500 reward would be credited. My brother received nothing, which strongly suggests that Shyft is providing inconsistent or misleading information. I expect Shyft to: 1. Credit me R250 for each of the two referrals I completed. 2. Ensure that the two people I referred each receive R500, as the updated terms and conditions were not communicated to us at the time. Shyft’s lack of transparency and failure to communicate changes in the referral terms is deeply disappointing, and I urge them to resolve this matter promptly and fairly.

Have been trying online and with the "call Centre " to get tax documents, no response on LinkedIn account no response on twitter, their direct help line and email have been saying they have escalated it to their team for 3 weeks now. can't get a single person to actually help me just get my tax doc for 25! pathetic, will be moving my funds.
