Multichoice bad customer service

Dstv customer servive is very bad. I used more thqn R60 airtime wanting them to reconnect my service after they bolcked it but i paid. Both their agwnta dropped the call on me while we are talking. Before i paid i called them to confirm thw amount to pay as i used to have anoyjer account buy they confirmed that tbe old account is closed
