The customer service was horrendous. The owner gets very upset if you complain and gets personal with insults. He has absolutely no people skills and does not care one bit about his customers, or keeping customers for that matter. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

Initially received great service, company CE through and measured the blinds, on the day of installation,nitnwas discovered that one of the 2 blinds was short. The installer agreed it was short, I advised the owner and sales representative and was told that I had to pay more to get it fixed. They do not want to fix their own wrong measurements It has been numerous emails and phone calls, the owner now refuses to take our calls and never calls backs or responses. Signature blinds and flooring which is located in the lifestyle mall in Fourways. Should never be used... They will take our money and do a half changed job. So disappointing. What a waste of money.

I was quite happy with the consultation and the process of ordering the blinds. However, once you pay up and the blinds are installed. The company or even the consultant and any other staff could not care less. The main issue is the use of sub-standard installers who used old parts to install the blinds and who also installed the brackets for the blinds terribly. I tried calling all numbers and emailed several of the email addresses to escalate the issue, there is no response, zero customer care service. Would strongly recommend to not go with the company, they are currently based in Lifestyle on the West Rand. I regret it, sure there are better professional options.

Warning all customers that consider interacting with Signature Blinds & Flooring (previously trading as Glitz and Glamour). I order my blinds on 8th September and was told they would be installed within 2 weeks. After having to continuously follow up myself, the installation was eventually done on Friday 25th September. The installer was rude and argumentative and I had to phone the own of Glitz and Glamour to complain. I realised also that the blinds were incorrectly assembled. I was promised that this would be sorted out the same day by the owner. The owner went AWOL by end of Friday. Saturday the rude installers pitched up unannounced and again was rude and argumentative. The owner finally fetched the blinds on Monday 28th September to have a small change done due to incorrect manufacturing. It is now 2 weeks later and no one know who I am, where my stuff is despite having asked when the blinds will be delivered. There is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE provided, no followup, no accountability but as they have payment in full as per their T&Cs, they do no give a flying *&^% anymore. I will now lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman and take further legal action as Glitz and Glamour have not delivered based on the signed quotation. Please share far and wide to avoid being duped by this company. I will also be logging this on Hello Peter and other social media to ensure that no one had to deal with this unprofessional behaviour.
