SIGNATURE COSMETICS GERMISTON IS THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN EVER SHOP AT , I LOVE THEIR ITEMS (SIGNATURE COSMETICS) BUT IF IT MEANS I HAVE TO KEEP UP TO THE ATTITUDE OF THE CASHIERS THEN NO . I WOULD RATHER NOT BE A CUSTOMER ANYMORE. THE SALES ASSISTANTS/CASHIERS OF SIGNATURE COSMETICS GERMISTON ARE SO RUDE , I JUST WENT THERE LAST MONTH LOOKING FOR A FEW ITEMS I HAD SEEN ONLINE , WHEN I MENTIONED IT TO THE SALES ASSISTANT/CASHIERS TO TELL ME WHETHER THE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE OR NOT , THEY JUST GAVE ME A STARE AND EXPLICITLY SAID" IF YOU TURN AND LOOK AROUND , DO YOU SEE THE ITEM YOUR ARE LOOKING FOR " ? THAT IS HOW I LEFT THE SHOP !!

I love signature cosmetics but the level of attitude of cashier and shop assistants is just so unbearable. I went to signature cosmetics today in Golden walk Germiston hoping to buy a few things buy ended up leaving empty handed because the people who were supposed to help me gave me attitude instead of helping me It felt as though i came to beg not to buy. Honestly it makes sense why I found no customers in the shop. I am one of the biggest fans on signature cosmetics but i think i am really starting to reconsider

Went to Signature Secunda Mall. Was served by a tall lady who said her name is Ntombi, according to the slip consultant 2394. Firstly when we entered and I saw her I even wanted to leave due to a previous incident with her bad attitude. When we entered they were mopping 1 hour before closing time staring at us as if the cat carried us in. She gave false information regarding specials and wasnt even keen to tell us the available specials. We bought stuff for R5000! When paying she had an issue with us paying cash and said in future if we need to buy so many things we should come earlier. Although we already left the shop 10 minutes before closing time. When I told her that with all her issues I will not go to the shop whenever I see her there her response was: "feel free" Usually I am served by a short lady, which I think is a manager, but unfortunately I dont know her name. She is so friendly and helpful and always willing to assist. I kindly request a response from signature regarding this issue.

Their body sprays stops working and you can't open it so that you can pour to another bottle, when you take it back to the shop they don't wanna take it back, I don't know what will I do with a almost full not working bottle of spray 😫😫😭😭

Hello Peter, I'm writing to report a lost phone at the Signature store located at Cresta Shopping Center. On Wednesday, I visited the store to return some empty mascara items for a refund. As I was completing the transaction, I placed my phone on the counter to take out my money and retrieve the receipt. However, when I looked back, my phone was no longer on the counter. According to the mall's CCTV footage, I was using my phone as I entered the mall, but unfortunately, there is no camera footage inside the Signature store to confirm what happened to my phone after that. What's even more concerning is that the store's lack of CCTV cameras inside the store raises serious questions about their commitment to customer safety and security. As I was the only customer in the store at the time, and the female worker was the only staff member present, it's alarming that there's no footage to support our accounts of what happened. The absence of CCTV cameras in a retail store is a major red flag, especially when compared to other stores that prioritize customer safety and security. I hope that the store will take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to recover my phone and address their security shortcomings. Please assist me in resolving this matter. Sincerely

Horrible Horrible Horrible service from Signature Cosmetics in Festival mall. I went to buy a foundation, concealer and powder. I was serviced by a male make up artist whom when I asked if he'll be assisting with finding the perfect match for my skin said yes. The guy only app**** foundation on only one side of my face and told me that he they dont do testing of makeup anymore. that surprised me because usually they apply make up on your whole face and leave you looking beautiful. He refused to even apply powder on top. When I tell him that im not happy about the look he gavee me he said he will remove it. I then begged him to apply the whole face as I wanted to see how the make up will look when app**** to my whole face. I wasn't happy with what he said and he eventually agreed but he didnt apply it nicely as well. I asked for a concealer and a powder to be app****, he said they dont apply it as well. Nothing he wanted to do, that lazy boy. Accidentally the bottle of foundation he has choosen to sell me fell on the ground and broke and he said I must pay for it. The foundation wouldn't have fall if he services me with a smile and a kind heart. I had to pay for something I didnt used because of his recklessness and his bad service. Ive never received such a wrecklessness and bad service. The guy was rude as well. Yooh Signature Festival mall, hai khona. its a no no no for me. And to make matters worse, it wasnt my first time buying make up there. I used to get female makeup artist who served me with a smile and kind heart. That male guy working there is a no good for the shop, the store will loose a lot of customers, trust me. If they dont do anything about that guy. He is not a best fit for such a shop. They must get a lady to do that job, clearly that boy doesn't know what he's doing. He didnt even have a name badge to identify him.

New store in port shepstone cbd new mall has only black staffs and in our country there should be no room for ******s act's like how can a company only employed one colour by race that's very poor to see there's no quality stands in recruitment there should be diferent race's working at a store level to empower the world out of ****** and build a brighter future for the new generation in our country.
