Poor management representation and customer satisfaction
Visited Shoprite at Signet Terrace and Marvin Mokwena the manager was improper. Did not know how to address me. Could not greet. They put the wrong price tag for the Nestle hot chocolate and proceeded to tell me that the price is not misleading the customer and that I should rather get a refund because the price was for a different brand. I pursued my case and told him to go to the isle and he then proceeded to the isle and moved the pricing and emptied the space of which the Nestlé hot chocolate was positioned at. (By the price).

Shoprite signet terrace does not work as a cashtill
This has happened more then once. I have a fnb account and we allowed to draw money fromthe tills but always when I go shoprite tillers do not have the money, the recent date is the 23 December due to the inconvenience I had to go to the atm tiller why is shoprite said to give money but shoprite signet does not have the money available constantly...

Don't go to signet terrace. Women are targeted
Yesterday the security at signet help 2 guys steal my car. I had left my car parked and locked for 5 mins to buy bread at shoprite, when I came out my car was gone. Security did absolutely nothing. Tried to give me the run around which I thought was a distraction while my car got further and further away. Security Knew the colour of my car and brand. When asked the security in the front how they could let someone drive a car out without a keys in ignition, he said there's a lot of cars that came out he didn't see anything. These security are paid to protect but no. They have side hussles involving car theft.

Disappointed by a toilet cleaner and a selective listening manager
I'm unhappy that as a patron and customer at Signet terrace I am excluded and picked on I used one of the public toilets at Signet terrace and a cleaner the who seems to have a problem with me picked on me again. I spoke to the manager about this strangely when I spoke to him he acted like someone who understands my complaint later when he's next to the manager he actually chose to be a selective listener and that rude cleaner of his even changed stories when she saw the manager he dismissed everything I said from even when I was outside and could not see anything wrong with a cleaner who picks and undermines on patrons. I'm highly disappointed by his management and that cleaner. And I will let everyone I know who buys at Signet terrace how they treat people so that they no longer support any shops at Signet terrace. Disappointed by the Signet Terrace toilet manager
My complaint is based on the action of a toilet cleaner at Signet Terrace everytime I am there she picks me out and excludes me from other patrons what disappoints me the most is that I reported this to the manager of the toiltets after speaking to him said I must go to tell the cleaner I spoke to Mr P because he wants her to shake a bit I could tell he was not interested to go and mediate he also took long to come . It's so convienient and easy to shop at Signet terrace . They have a huge range of shops , eating houses and banks . It's good to see that mangement , make sure that they reinvest in the upkeep of the centre . It's always a pleasure to shop here . #BlackFriday

Signet terrace
It's so convienient and easy to shop at Signet terrace . They have a huge range of shops , eating houses and banks . It's good to see that mangement , make sure that they reinvest in the upkeep of the centre . It's always a pleasure to shop here . #BlackFriday
