no response from my emails sent!
my water bill was on average around R4000 per month and yet i recently received a bill for over R100,000 for a month - no leaks ( I even had 2 x plumbers to confirm this) I have sent many emails to Silumanzi Nelspruit and messages on the web site but little or no response - just SMS stating I am overdue payment of the massive bill. I can see that there is a problem with the actual accounting as the figures iI am sent on SMS on reading differ from what is on statements No response is very bad and i am very frustrated

The worst company after eskom poor service their water is never clean, we've been without water for 2 weeks now just because of mud blockage that they are unable to fix 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 I curse them with their families and their bosses for this

To the idiots concerned
We've been without water for close to 3 weeks now. The suburb know as Entokozweni is under this company's siege as water, being a ****** basic service for any and all creatures is under the control of hegemonic, corrupt fat goons! Would it kill management to do the job they were appointed for? Actually, I don't care and wouldn't mind if it did, however there are lives at stake over here and quite frankly, if Silulumanzi cannot lift up their pious finger to resolve this matter, how tf am we supposed to clean our ****s and prepare to go pay VAT and levies imposed by a government of stupidity if we can't even take a decent shower? Is it too much of a job for African leadership to carry out their tasks without thinking about their own fat bellies? Actually why am I even asking that, but for now, we need water. Otherwise, what's the whole point of having a ****ing institution that is responsible for service delivery if fat ***s won't even listen to our plea? Oh right I forgot, South Africa's leaders don't know how to breath without thinking corruption 😒

Silulumanzi (Nelspruit) Doing Their Best to deal my water issues
I have issues with my water bill and I approached Selilumanzi by calling them and sharing my experience on 22 May 2019 and spoke to Rentia whom asaigned a team to come and check my situation. Jacques Venter came to my house on 10 June 2019 at 8am to check the water out and be advised that there is a small leak as the meter number where moving slightly and that I must organize some pluumber to fix. I adhered accordingly and I then called Silulumanzi and advised them to send some one to check the situation avai. The 3rd team arrived and did the anyliss and found that there was no leak. I called again on he office and provided feedback and I was advised to pay my monthly average amount sill untill they sort the matter out. My bill is currently a mess as it runs into R10, 000.00 for consuming over 4months which is ridiculous, however I am trusting Silulumanzi to sort this matterf out ASAP
