I bought some silver items from them; among others two silver bangles, one split, sent it back and they tested it with the outcome it was “tampered” with, i.e. cut and not going to be replaced! I know for a fact that I did not! They did not offer to repair it. It was just “we will not replace it” I paid courier fees to return it and have to pay courier fees to get a broken item back!! No actual test results were offered to me either!! I would caution buyers as I am questioning the quality.

Purchased Gifts online 10/12/2017. Received email confirmation for such payment, then received an email that the company did not have stock but I would receive order by 22/12/2017 and that has been the last time I have had any contact. Email, Facebook, Whatsapp and landline and online contact us page, I've tried everything the only thing I have not tried is carrier ***eon. Hopefully someone will read this and stay clear of this company. They are fraudsters.

<p>We decided to go visit this store in person to make sure we were going to get what was shown on their website. only to be greeted by a very unfriendly person. I can understand for security reasons that we werent allowed in, but when we were asked to atleast see some of the rings we were thinking of buying we were told she couldnt do that and then proceeded to tell us that she was very busy and that this was getting too complicated. How does a business turn away customers and treat them as if they are lower than dirt itself. I found the experience highly frustrating. Apparently our time and money was not worth their efforts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just remember that it is the customer that keeps your business afloat. Whether they be an average joe or a big spender...you depend on them, not the other way around.</p>
