UG2 and Lazaron shares a funeral?

I tried to inquire about my investment in UG2 and Lazaron shares bought more than a decade ago through consultants from Silver Seed Capital. No answer from them when I called the number listed on their website. Then I read about investors that were paid out by them in an effort to avoid facing criminal chargers. I read about others on this platform that suffered the same type of losses. Is there anyone out there that is knowledgeable about the law that can collectively run with claiming back our monies and lodge criminal case against this company? Take care and stay healthy.
