Silverfields vet: Best vet in the Westrand!
Best vet in the Westrand. Top class service and always helping your pet with a smile. They will go out of their way to ensure that you are happy and that your pet is treated with respect and dignity. Also, I have seen Dr. Andrea and her team nurse animals (specifically some of our pets) with very serious, almost fatal health conditions back to health, almost better than before! Dr. Andrea and her team really are the only people I would trust with my sick animals.

Best vet in the Westrand. Top class service and always helping your pet with a smile. They will go out of their way to ensure that you are happy and that your pet is treated with respect and dignity. Fantastic place
Silverfield vet are fantastic. I had very bad experience at a different vet with a different pet and it ended up with me putting my pet down. But when I got my new puppy I got alot of fantastic reviews about Silverfield vet. And when I took my puppy there I was amazed. The staff and the vet herself is fantastic and they are caring bout the animals. I would definitely recommend people to go there.

Fantastic place
Silverfield vet are fantastic. I had very bad experience at a different vet with a different pet and it ended up with me putting my pet down. But when I got my new puppy I got alot of fantastic reviews about Silverfield vet. And when I took my puppy there I was amazed. The staff and the vet herself is fantastic and they are caring bout the animals. I would definitely recommend people to go there.

Silverfields vet is by far, way ahead of any other veterinary clinic. I have been to numerous vets and it just seems as though they think money grows on trees. They go as far as booking procedures and tests to the value of R8000, without a single phone call to confirm that it is ok to go ahead with such tests and procedures. However, the attention to detail and the kindness received from all of the staff at Silverfields, would make any pet and owner walk out smiling and stress free. If you have a mode of transport, then rather spend your veterinary time at Silverfields. Thanks so much to the whole team!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!

Worst Veterinary Service ever.
I took my Jack Russell in to Silverfields Veterinary Clinic as she seemed quite bloated around her abdominal area. The vet took a blood sample (R194) later and said that she has an internal infection and that my JR will need to stay overnight and it will only cost R80 for the night, so I thought ok that isn't so bad. Next minute I get to the reception counter and the woman says R1000 deposit pls..... ? I asked what for and she said the x ray. Ouch ? I was told to contact them this Morning at 9am to check in on how the JR is doing and she was doing fine after passing a piece of plastic that she had eaten? so I proceeded to ask if there was any further costs involved and to my disgusted surprise yes sir another R1180 over above the R1000 already paid. I cannot understand how the x ray for a tiny dog can cost R910 and just over a month ago I myself went for a x ray in a private hospital on my leg and only cost R460. This is a rip off and think that these Veterinary clinics need to be investigated. I am so furious and they don't even offer a payment plan. I must add that all of a sudden her snout looks swollen aswell and was given no explanation as to why that is. Attached a foto...
