Lashane and Quinten, I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service you provided after my minor motor vehicle incident. You treated my car as if it were brand new, even though she's almost 10 years old! I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail you both demonstrated. I’ve never encountered such outstanding service and workmanship from a panel beater before. It made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. A big shout-out to #DiscoveryInsure for having such an amazing panel beater on their list of approved service providers! Bad experience
Dial direct has been waiting for final costing for a job done in Nov 2024 and ARC still has not sent it which delays the 3rd party recoveries!

Excellent, pity about the deduction of the 5th star....
From what I can see, excellent job done on my car. The only reason I deducted the 5th star was in the beginning phase of the job, I found it very difficult to communicate with them because they are so busy, it was difficult to get to speak to someone or get calls returned, but once the job commenced, communication improved, apart from that, excellent high quality service provider.

Excellent, pity about the deduction of the 5th star....
From what I can see, excellent job done on my car. The only reason I deducted the 5th star was in the beginning phase of the job, I found it very difficult to communicate with them because they are so busy, it was difficult to get to speak to someone or get calls returned, but once the job commenced, communication improved, apart from that, excellent high quality service provider.

My car came back with EPC light on and they are liers.
Silverlakes ARC, is a useless ****mers who works with insurance companies because of their accreditation. I still wonder how they got to work with brands such as VW and Benz. I had the worst of experience ever, they took 4 weeks to fix a Polo tsi rear bumber, and took my car for diagnostic for what only them and God knows why. My car had no mechanical issues when I left the car with them and now my car has EPC light on and it has lost power. They claim that they never worked on the engine , but they took my car for diagnostic...if they did not work on my engine why did they take it to audi center Hatfield for diagnostic? Now they do not want to admit they fiddled with my car. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE LOUSY ****MERS.

Worse service ever. Never allow your insurance to take your car to Silver Lakes ARC. The service is poor. Quality checks are not properly done.
