So i have old debt that appears on my credit report. A friend of mine referred me to a lady who supposedly does prescription debt removal I contacted her ,told her exactly what im looking for ,she said yes can most definitely assist She asked for a R4000 payment After payment was done and as she contacted the credit providers ,she then came back to me to state that the debt can only be prescribed next year. I said that is okay i will possibly do a settlement discount moving foward I then said that i paid an amount of R4000 for debt removal. That was not done That she should deduct admin cost and refund me back a portion of what i paid as she did not deliver There was no documents sent by her to stipulate any clauses,no guarantees. Nothing on paper to discuss the processes and procedures that would take place ,that costs R4000,i have repeatedly asked for detailed documents of the work she claims she has done and did not receive this except a few emails from the credit provider but with no positive feedback I have been ****med
